Steelwork contractor FH Dale utilised our expertise on this fast track double span propped portal frame building, comprising 16350m2 warehousing floor space with 15m clear height along with 1860m2 office space.
Phase 1 is now complete on site, with Phase 2 well underway to meet the client’s completion dates, this involved detailing 720t hot rolled steel and 125t cold formed Metsec purlins and rails on 8m grids, using single span jumbo sections, on a very tight program via a design & build process.
